  My order got lost in the post and after asking if there was an update, they resent my package with express post. Arrived very promptly afterwards and they upgraded my order to thank me for my patience. Lovely team members, I am so appreciate of their kindness during a very difficult time.

  I've completed a few orders through the vape store so far. Haven't dealt with any staff members directly but I have been extremely happy with how prompt they are at confirming and shipping orders. Very efficient! Well done guys

  My order didn't arrive by due date I even paid for express postage. No answer for my emails. Last time im wasting my time with this incompetent joke of a wannabe company.

  The place is pickup only, no storefront as shown on their Google profile. I was rudely assisted by a very impolite staff member if not manager. I was told that their store was online only with pickup at this location, so I proceeded to buy via their website. The website does not work, tested across 3 browsers, with several credit cards on my phone, no transaction went through. A complete waste of time and incredibly horrible customer service! I do not recommend.
